I had wonderful coloring, haircut and styling with Teresa. I have fine hair, light natural blond was my color. Teresa did exactly what I wanted. I am very thankful for her work!

I was fortunate enough to have Teresa cut and color and style my hair. She has an ability to listen to what you want to accomplish with your hair. I feel like she is more than just a hair stylist; she is an artist in the way that she pays attention to every detail. I have had my hair colored for many years and I have never had someone pay attention with such detailed care. This salon has a beautiful atmosphere of peace that you can relax very easily while you are getting your hair done. I wish there was more than a 5-star rating because I'd like to give them a perfect 10!

I saw Teresa for the first time yesterday and have to say, this is the first time in a very long time that I actually like my fine, bodiless hair. I was effortlessly able to fix it this morning and it still looks great. Previously, as soon as I would walk out the door it would look horrible. So happy I have found my new stylist.

Muna is very good at eyebrow threading and hair coloring, I did mine and it turned out wonderfully.

Muna has been doing my brows for years but recently I have been getting my hair color retouched and styled and she is equally talented, thorough and a perfectionist with hair. Before I would always go to my usual expensive curly hair expert in fear that anyone else would mess my hair up but Muna ensures that she colors every hair without coloring the skin (very challenging in my particular case ) and that after I leave with perfectly styled curls!!!! She has also given me a trim which added bounce and volume to my curls!!! While I'm waiting for my hair color, I get my brows threaded and leave feeling relaxed and lovely as ever!!! Thank you Muna!!! You are an amazingly talented and kind person too!

Teresa is phenomenal. She cut my hair perfectly. She is really a great wonderful lady and so is her mother. I really like coming to get my hair done there. They also do good on eyebrows. Next time I go I'm going to get my eyebrows done. Teresa is able to cut my hair and I have super curly hair and she can cut it wet she also just gave me a full head of highlights. She does my hair so effortlessly it for it to be curly that I will be a repeat customer. Also the prices are really affordable for how good they do hair!

I brought my elderly mother in law in for a haircut yesterday with Mary. I was a bit nervous because my mother in law can be a bit picky. Mary did a beautiful job with her hair. She told my forgetful mother in law what was going on and how nice her hair was and how pretty it was going to be when she was done. The entire appointment ended up completely changing her appearance and she left very Happy. So did I. I've been to Hair by Us multiple times and LOVE it. Lisa is my lady and she is awesome! She has a ton of knowledge about hair and always gives me really great tips--and recommendations for my hair in particular--that have actually really worked. She's introduced me to products that have been a God-send (and my hair is weird too and usually I have trouble finding products that work). They don't charge you a ton (actually, it's VERY affordable to other places I've been) for cuts and color and such. The vibe I get from there is that they really want to help you with your hair to make it the best possible. Lisa even gave me a small concoction to add to my shampoo just to help my color last as long as possible. It's not hard to get in which is also nice. These ladies are really nice and I hope they stay around forever!

I visit hair by us mainly for my threading needs and I must say Muna is top best in threading... she does it so well that you won't feel any pain at all... also cost wise threading with Muna is very reasonable. Would recommend giving it a try.

Muna is fantastic. Her threading is so meticulous that I can go much longer between visits than I have been able to with previous stylists. And her technique is delicate - there's no redness, rash or pain. I highly recommend her.

Muna does threading at this salon, and if you haven't gone to her for your hair removal needs you are missing out. Not only is she a joy to talk to but she actually cares.
I say this having gotten my eyebrows and upper lip hair removed since I was as a 13 using a variety of methods (waxing, threading, plucking, etc.). Muna sincerely cares about what you want your eyebrows to look like, in my case, and will work with you and communicate with you what she is doing to achieve your personal best.
I really can't say enough good things about her. Again, if your not letting her help your brows then your missing out.

I've been going to Hair by Us for Years. Theresa is an absolute professional in every sense of the word. She listens to my concerns regarding appropriate hair color for my skin tone and I always walk out the door in my sassy new cut and color feeling ten years younger. I've also had brow work and waxes done here. Again very professional work with great attention to detail. They've recently added manicure and pedicure services which I can't wait to try. And massages:) Also Hair By Us's prices are quite reasonable if you're on a budget. and yet I always feel as if I've spent an hour or two in a spa. Right next door you can grab a latte and a cupcake afterwards. What's not to love?! And right around the block in my very own neighborhood..

I have to say, I'm really pleased with my hair. I visited Theresa last Friday for a cut and natural looking color. She suggest the bayalage technique and it turned out fabulously! She cut some length off of my hair and it feels new and fresh and healthy. I can honestly say after trying probably close to a dozen stylists in the Austin area, this is by far the best cut and color I've had in the last five years. I have had so many compliments in the last week! I will be returning to have Theresa at Hair by US do my hair. I highly recommend!

After I posted my review the other day, I spoke with the owner, Theresa, and she apologized for what happened. I appreciated that she cared enough to speak with me. I ended up going in yesterday and Theresa did my color and cut. I really like what she did! It looks very natural, which is what I wanted. She made sure that I was happy with how my hair turned out and even let me know that if it wasn't what I wanted or if there was anything I wanted to change, that I could come back in and get it fixed.

The salon isn't as nice as I'm used to, but what is most important to me is how my hair turns out...which I'm very happy with! My favorite channel, HGTV, was playing on a big screen TV, so I enjoyed getting to watch a few shows while I got my hair done. Being pregnant, I've been drinking a lot of water lately. I was happy I brought my Yeti with me because there was a water cooler there and I was able to refill it.

Overall, a very good experience!
